Family Update

All is well. Henry is still sleeping well, except for a couple nights earlier this week when he had some TERRIBLE gas pains. Seems like he wakes up about every 3 hours in the evening, which is manageable.

Mary is back in school and sharing new things that she is learning with us all the time. Tonight she shared the story of how clothes are made of cotton and the entire process cotton goes through to make shirts like the one she was wearing. It's always amazing to listen to stories she tells.

Mary still adores Henry, and he seems to be recognizing her voice when she walks into the room. Not sure if he will still like all of the kisses and hugs Mary gives him when he's a couple years older, but she is getting in plenty of them while she can!

Thanks to everyone for the cards, emails, comments on the website, etc. It's always good to hear from friends and family.

Not sure if this is good or bad, but looks like Henry was the 85th most popular name for boys in 2007. James was 30th! Like I said, not sure if this is good or bad! ;-)

Sleep, Sleep, and more sleep.....

All is going well with Henry these days, and Mary is back in school as of yesterday.

Henry is still quite the sleeper! We went in for our 1 week checkup last week and the Dr. said all was well, and Henry had gained just over an ounce, up to 8lbs 7 1/2 oz. He is waking up 2-3 times a night, which is completely manageable, and nice that it's not more often. Mary still gives him kisses and hugs whenever she can.

I am working from home this week, making sure that we get the new routines down to get Mary to school, etc. while keeping a watchful eye on Henry.
